Marsh Gray - Hard to get a read on the Color

On Ford's build website, it looks virtually identical to Shelter Green. When I toggle the build between the two colors, I cannot tell a difference.

Ford Authority posted a Bronco Raptor in Marsh Gray and it looks very different from the Ford pics. More like cement color.

I know its hard to render colors on a monitor accurately, but it shouldn't be this hard!

I agree, right now I have a Shelter green on order, would love to see this color in person. My order has not been picked up yet, so I am hoping that I will see the color on another Ford vehicle in person before it does.

Check out Molten Magenta on the 2025 Ford Mustang, the CGI pics look nothing the real color in person.

I took delivery of my Shelter Green back in April and was pretty nervous about ordering the color before ever seeing it in person. I am happy I stuck with shelter green and absolutely love it. I originally had a white RR on order and switched it to shelter green before it went into production. And very happy I did.

Great thread! I’m thinking about a new Ranger and love the Shelter Green. But then I saw the Marsh Gray for ‘25 and it looks like a lighter (with more brown hue) Shelter Green? I can’t wait to see it in person!!!

That's where I am at. Love Shelter green and was completely sold on that color, however after seeing that bronco raptor in marsh gray it had me second guessing. I probably will stick with shelter green as I am kind of sick of the grays. Just seems like evry car is just a gray of some sort, white, and black.

I did not expect Shelter Green to have a gold flake! I took delivery of my RR on an overcast day…in fact the first week I had the truck it was overcast. The first time I saw it in the sunlight it was an unexpected surprise!!!!

Don't like the picture of Marsh Gray (looks Metallic) on the truck at all but love the color on the Ranger Bronco! My dealer assured me it would look like the RB... just switched from Carbonized Grey to Marsh Gray.

Saw this pic of 2025 Raptor in Marsh Gray.

Looks very brown. I think Marsh Gray has brown, green and gray in it.

The more I see of it, the less I care for it.

I think this is a color I’m really going to need to see in person. Doing B&P on an F150 KR apparently marsh gray is the two tone accent color if I read right. Still, need to see this over a whole vehicle in person I think as I probably would like the color.

I’m still trying to figure out if I’m going to buy a ‘25 Ranger Raptor or wait and hope a Tremor shows up and go with it with a 2.7l?

I really want to see a Marsh Gray in person too. Right now I’m thinking about a RR in Shelter Green or Carbonized Metallic Gray but would also consider this new for ‘25 Marsh Gray if it ends up like a lighter Shelter Green? From the online build tool, that what Marsh Gray looks like to me…with more brown in a lighter shade.

The Ford dealer in Belmont, NC I’ve been talking to has two Marsh Grays and a Shelter Green RR ordered and on their way. Really looking forward to test driving the 2.3l and 2.7l back to back too.

That Marsh Gray color and similar colors are showing up on a lot of the newer vehicles (many brands) over the last few years and I absolutely can't stand it and don't know why anyone would want such an ugly colored vehicle but it seems like a lot of people will buy any color vehicle without a second thought.

That simply doesn't work for me. I'm extremely picky about color on my vehicles and the only two colors I'd consider buying on a new RR are the red or the Carbonized Gray Metallic. It's possible I'd consider one of the other dark gray colors but that Carbonized Gray is probably going to be my choice and I"m likely to pull the trigger on a new 24 model available at a dealer near me Tuesday (tomorrow).

My first choice would be red but I've never even seen one and I don't see it on the Ford website as a color choice so maybe they dropped it?

I like the looks of the arctic white but I'm a hunter and white is a lousy color for a deer hunter.

This tone and any other sand / beige / desert tone also makes the vehicle very difficult to see when doing runs in desert / dusty conditions.

Here's a Marsh Gray on the ground from Facebook Post. There's a 25 Desert sand and Black raptor for sale on there too. Those body panel and hood gaps look pretty good compared to some of the 24's I've seen.
