Added these valve extensions yesterday - took wife and best pals to a New Years party last night - leave party to find flat tire. This is what I discovered ---

Nobody does QC on such inexpensive parts, and sometimes not even expensive ones.
It's cheaper for them to deal with returns and refunds rather than pay an employee to check parts.

Funny - those were ordered before I posted this thread.
WTF?
The V2B DS-1 extensions arrived today and there's no way the caps provided will screw onto the extensions. I tried the valve caps that came on my truck - those wouldn't seal.
This is frustrating - the valve stems are too short/recessed into the rim (bead lock) to fill/deflate/measure psi - and extensions are a PITA. If I could just have longer stems put in the wheels, I'd do it - but that does not look possible.
