Mine shipped. Dealer confirmed last night the hold was off of it and it was put on a train. ETA to dealership is 4/13-4/19. Last night about 10pm tracker was still showing it was being built. This morning the green dot is on built with date of 3/11. There is light at the end of the tunnel!

I went to the suggested web to find the phone number to Ford Chat. Is 800-392-3673 the correct number?
I called that number & they are unable to give me the status of the Ranger Lariat I ordered on 5/30/23.
I believe the truck is built, I have the window sticker. I need to know the current status of my truck.
All I get from Ford is it's being built. It's been in Build status for weeks.

The chat is referring to an online chat window and not a phone number. I believe there was some trick to enabling the chat feature, like making sure your location sharing is enabled for the web page. But it's been a while since I did it.
