So yesterday I finally got around to installing the above. First off the @American Adventure mounts are super low profile and clearnce is not an issue as long as you feed the bolt from the bottom.. They are super stout and do not vibrate much at all. I did have to insert some thin foam between the mount and where it gets very close to the hood. Without it, you can hear them hit the hood when dropping to close it. My only other issue is that the mounts are tipped/angled slightly down and away from the fender. I get it, they are usually for ditch lights but you can acomplish that angle by just tipping the light itself. With the lights pointed straight, the outside is angled down. This does affect light beam pattern slightly. Is it a big deal, no. Would I prefer them to be straight, yes for the aesthetics and level beam pattern.

This is just the backlight.

The Supreme 80's are outstanding lights! I made custom harnesses with DT connectors and currently have them hooked to 3 AUX switches with a diffenet configuration for each switch. I will probably change this in the future once I figure out what combo's works best for me. At full tilt they push 80 watts with all LED's lit.

What you may not know is that Nacho consists of some of the biggest names in the off road lighting industry. It was started by the founders of Rigid. They know what they are doing and have great customer service and an extremely high quality product at what I consider a great price compared to the big 3, BD, DD and Rigid. Don't sleep on these lights!

Which of the AAL mounts did you go for? Wondering if the comms mounts also have a tilt, as that would make the antenna have a lean as well.

The ditch light brackets I got from KC-HiLites are not symmetrical and have a lateral tilt as well. I used an adjustable wrench and gave them an oomph to straighten a little while mounted.

I don't think this is possible on the AAL's. They are a very close/tight fit and the aluminum is thick. I'm sure they could make them level if they wanted to. But I get why they did it.

I have the same lights, but with brackets from Signature Lux, which are not 100% symmetrical either, but I’ve learned to live with them.
I agree with you completely regarding the quality of these Nacho Lights, as well as their customer service.
