new SYNC4 SW major update - awkward availability

so I get almost two pages of update description, but then the update itself does not seem available...is just me?

I had this update too 2 weeks ago with the same message "not completed".
The next day it was ok.
The only notable change is "zone lighting" which disappears from the left menu and is found in the 3 buttons at the very top (button with the dots)

When I look up info about updates I see this:

Your SYNC will automatically update via Ford Power-Up software updates.

To receive new updates as soon as possible, check these Wi-Fi settings to activate immediate downloads via Wi-Fi. Otherwise, your vehicle will begin SYNC updates when available and when you’re connected to a cellular network.

• Some updates will happen seamlessly in the background while you are driving.
• Non-drivable updates require your vehicle to be turned off while updating. Most complete within minutes, while others may take longer**. You should schedule the update to occur when you do not need to drive your vehicle, such as overnight.

already done all that, but still not avail

I have never been notified of an update since I picked up the truck 9/24.
However I have noticed changes in the truck. Like Zone lighting now missing. The Owners manual is now missing as well from the menu. I did not renew Ford Connect.

If I put the VIN in on Ford's site, it says I have map updates available. The truck says no updates availble.

It has been connected to my home WiFi since Day one. Even disconnecting and reconnecting does nothing. Ive toggled automatic updates on and off and tried manual updates.

Nothing.
