Right now it doesn't look like there's an option to order without tips (other than BashGurard).

Tips are bolt on, I can swap them for a 4" set.

Sending you a dm.
Interested in this as well.

Really should offer a four inch tip version AWE. Things looks massively huge and for such an amazing system it needs to fit the appearance of the truck especially for a midsize. I’m still gonna order it and take off my Mbrp in the near future. Killer exhaust just those tips

The underbody turn down exhaust is intriguing bc it’s not 5inch tips but I’m curious what it does to sound or hot exhuast gas rising up under the bed. Any feedback on that?

When I was there yesterday one of the reps said they may offer another tip option in the future. There is no existing (AWE) tips that will work at the moment.

I’ll post some videos after I install the exhaust tonight!

Unfortunate delay, my local AWE installer said the exhaust actuator is giving me a CEL “P2BFB” for one of the control valves. He tried to clear the code and it’s still there. Reached out to AWE, so we’ll see what happens! I stopped by just to hear it and damn it’s got some deeeeep tones.

there was also a slight exhaust leak near one of the flanges of the cats, but they were able to fix it.

will update tomorrow!

Here’s a clip I sniped from the installer’s instagram. Not sure what exhaust mode he was revving it in though..

i don't think so. these guys mostly work with AWE exhausts for bmw's and VQ's lol.

i'll mention that to them tomorrow. what does it entail?
In the video when it's bouncing off the rev limiter, was it working before that?

the installer told me none of the exhaust modes are available. so i'm not sure which mode it was in at the time of filming since i was at work.

when i stopped by he was just about to take off for the day so i'm leaving it there until he figures it out. he said he will try to swap actuators tomorrow morning and go from there. hopefully i can get a response from AWE in the meantime! he thinks its a possible faulty actuator and i may need a replacement.

I also mentioned to double check the orientation of the coil inside the actuator- maybe it got knocked out of position, or was installed correctly...
