Paint Peel

While adding PPF to lower side panels, paint peeled off driver door while removing Dealer applied 'PPF door edge' protection.
Never seen anything like it. Paint on other three doors, no issue.

Dealer reviewed, surprised as well...certainly a covered Warranty claim.
Entire door requires repainting, no chance to blend in that location.

Maybe the paint didn’t have enough time to cure before the protection film was added??

I was told paint needed to cure for at least 2 months before any film or wrap is applied

True statement...
However, on closer inspection there's a notable difference in clear coat compared to other three doors.
Likely 'something happened' post factory paint application...some sort of incident where an attempt to blend/repair occurred; hence the rippling peel only on driver door mid-panel
