i always use the commercial shop at my local ford dealership. we actually have a few ford dealers around but the one i got to is the one i used to go to in the 90s and where we have bought a number of ford vehicles from over the years.
i use the commercial side for repairs because call with the regular side techs and an in-person visit alerted me to them being less careful than the commercial side. (and the regular guys forgot to put oil in my wife's brand new 2014 escape at the first oil change so the dealership had to replace our brand new car)
