The new camper from Roverking was just announced today. It's small, but a pretty cool option for a camper. It only weighs 550 lbs. so payload shouldn't be a problem, even for the RRaptor.

Depends what you're comparing it to. If you're comparing to a cheap roof-top tent, then yes, it's expensive. If you're comparing to other shell campers, then it's about $10k-$20k less than competitors like Scout campers.

Not sure about U.S. Ranger Ford Trucks. But Aussie and most likely Phillipines and South American trucks are recommended by Ford to install J brackets. To reinforce the bed.
