So I asked them once more and they said that it's the Steel Clips that holds the plastic trim (black cover) in place. They have a spring effect, so they bent the clips outward a little bit so they would have more strength holding the trim in place. Did that fix the issue ? Or you still hear the noise again ? Please let me know
