I got an MSRP deal here in TX. Although it's a small dealer about 4 hours away. Same dealer that sold me my 22 GT500 (their only allocation for 2022) for MSRP. There are MSRP dealers out there, you just have to find them. But to your point, I get it. DFW, Houston, Austin, San Antonio dealers don't do MSRP.

I also found one for msrp here in Texas.
Now. When will I get it. Who the heck knows. All I have is an order number. No further emails. Hasn't been a month yet though.

Same. All we can do is be patient and wait. I waited 7 months for my 500.

I would demand my deposit back and leave and never go to that dealer again… if they refuse then you could pressure them by threatening to sue… yes it’s only $500.. but still they gave you the underhand and now you should be entitled for your money back.. seriously I would be grade A pissed off at this

Just a quick update on the Ranger Raptor situation. Turns out, the buyer who initially purchased the vehicle backed out, returning the original allocation to me. The dealership honored the MSRP pricing, and after taxes, title, and some additional features, the final cost came out to just under $66,000. The base price for the truck was $59,950, with delivery costing a bit over $1,000.

I've been enjoying the truck so far, but my only gripe with the dealer was that I explicitly requested them not to wash it, as I preferred to do it myself. Unfortunately, they went ahead and washed it anyway, resulting in some micro scratches and one deeper scratch. After some negotiation with the dealership, I've decided to let it go as a lost cause.

Overall, I'm very pleased with the truck, although I'll probably end up adding some scratches of my own eventually.

Also here is a video of my Ranger in action with only 300 miles already doing beach recoveries in South Texas.
