Rattle from right dash

So everytime I would go over railroad tracks or hit a pothole/manhole cover I would get a squeaky rattle sound from behind the middle to the the passenger side of the dash. They had my truck for a long time but they figured it out. A plastic weld in the dashboard has let go. Truck was very new at the time. Got the entire dashboard frame replaced. Ford rep said I wasn't the first. Here's the repair order...

Appreciate it!! Thanks! I love this truck but so many damn annoying rattles/creaks. My 2008 had less.
