remote start on raptor key fob not working

The remote start on my ranger raptor key fobs are not working. Weird because I saw the sales rep successfully use it when he was showing me around my truck. The remote start on the ford pass app works but not the key fobs. I've checked the setup menu and remote start shows enabled. Anyone know how to fix this?

On your ked fob, Press the Lock Button, then quickly Press the (2x) button below the Lock Button TWICE. If successful you should see a small green light appear at the top of the key fob, it will be red if it was not successful.

Mine did not seem to be working either, after locking the doors I would push the start button twice and no start. I kept trying and each time, nothing happened. I figured I would have the dealer look at it when I had my first oil change. Last week I locked the doors and pushed the start button twice very quickly and it started. I found you have to push the start button twice rapidly, after locking the door of course.
