Anyone know what length this bolt is? Only info I can find is that it is an M20 12.9 grade bolt same as the lower shock bolt, but not the same length. Not able to find any other info, but I’d like to have a new bolt ready to install.

It should be loctited. Apply heat, use a breaker bar so you can feel what's happening - NOT a mega impact wrench.
And don't use anti seize to reassemble, use loctite.
I would ask the company who made the parts about this. And which loctite to use, I would assume Red.

Exactly this ^^^ the enemy of locktite is heat but not too much, don't get anything even near red hot.
