I know the design of the pockets is way different for our trucks than F150(why?!). But please someone come up with something like this for our trucks. It is exactly what I need.

Yes I had them installed in all of my previous trucks, however For the Ranger

I mounted these "D" rings in my stake pockets. Just add some washers and backing plates. You can still use the plastic covers to hide them when not in use.

I installed similar D rings, but used all stainless steel rings and hardware. The D-ring holes line up perfectly with the holes in the bed rail. Bolts are 1/4” wide and 3/4” long. Attached underneath with a fat washer, lock washer, and nut. I used rubber gasket material between the D-ring and the bed rail to reduce any possible vibration when the D-ring is down. The stake pocket covers keep them out of sight when not in use.
