Reward points

Hi everybody,
Just a quick question...How long on average did it take to get your points after your Ranger purchase? I'd like to use mine for mud flap once i get them...thx guys!

Mine took 19 days. I've seen a lot quicker though.

I think in on the Ford rewards you can add your purchase. I had to do it to get my points.

Apparently I purchased a maintenance plan with my points. My dealership never advised me I was doing that, found out when I inquired about my points in the FordPass app. Groove Ford in Centennial CO charged me $210 for the maintenance plan, then gave me a manufacturer rebate of $210. Ford advised me that was the value of the points I never received.

I guess they assumed their customers would use the points for maintenance . 42000 is $210, which is good for 3 "Works" services. How many services are they including? If it's more than 3, and you're cool with them doing it, then it's a good deal. If you don't want dealer touching your ride, then ask for your points instead.

The maintenance plan is for 24 months / 24,000 miles. The service interval is 10,000 miles - so just 2 service visits.

Not cool. I can't say how helpful they'll be, but I think I'd ask Ford about that.

To check on the status of your points, try this:

1 - Open the FordPass app and open your account. (Upper right hand corner).
2 - Under “Other Services“ you will see “Rewards“, open it. Then Click on “View Dashboard“.
3 -Scroll down to Get Answers and click on “Missing Points”.
