Hi everybody,
Just a quick question...How long on average did it take to get your points after your Ranger purchase? I'd like to use mine for mud flap once i get them...thx guys!

I bought my truck on April 14th, still haven't shown up. Contacted the dealer 2x, and Ford 2x, nobody cares

2 days. I used all 215$ towards my extended warranty with Granger

My points were taking a long time to show up.

I called Ford about my rewards points and they said the dealer has to "Select Reward Choice”.

And if the dealer didn’t know what that was that they should call the rewards center.

Ford also said the service department usually does this.

I called the dealer and the points showed up a few hours later.

Apparently I purchased a maintenance plan with my points. My dealership never advised me I was doing that, found out when I inquired about my points in the FordPass app. Groove Ford in Centennial CO charged me $210 for the maintenance plan, then gave me a manufacturer rebate of $210. Ford advised me that was the value of the points I never received.

That is pretty shady.
