The compressor and all tools required to manage tire pressures fits in a saddlebag liner.
The valve caps were long pointed types that I cut to just poke out enough to grab. The Lock N flate air chuck reaches in and clamps hard on the valve - no leaks.
I can just leave the fitting open to deflate, snap on the gauge to adjust, attach the valve end to adjust at a service station, attach my compressor at the beach/wherever. I tried two different valve extenders and they either leaked or unscrewed when trying to remove the caps to adjust.
The locking air chuck is the most important part of this set-up ---
