Understood. However, if we put it on top of the BRAPs connection points, there would be a gap between the bottom of the t-slot and the top of the bed rail.Adding T-Slots rails to the existing BRAPS. They would sit on top of either the bed rails or on top of the BRAPS. Secured using the six bolt hardware for the BRAPS. I hope this makes sense.

I think we could make a L-track (using a properly rated extrusion) that attached in the place of the BRAPs, but we would need to pair that with another fabricated piece to maintain structural integrity between each connection point. Otherwise, the track would be pretty flimsy between the points where it was connected to the bed.
