The late model F-150 is always a good choice.
My thoughts exactly. I've been enjoying this one since July. I was #1 on the RR allocation list at Spitzer Ford of DuBois, PA prior to that but I assume they have already filled that slot.

Nice looking car. I'm sure you'll enjoy it. Somebody else canceled in Louisiana and I was #2 on the list. Got a phone call at 05:30AM Alaska Time, and handed them $1,000.00. It will be a while, but I'm a patient man. :)
how great! how much over MSRP? correct move to place a deposit, that is the only way to maybe actually get the truck, good move.
interesting how this is paralleling the Corvette ZO6 market , I have a friend, actually my best friend who is "on the list" at many Chevrolet dealers, he actually believes that the dealer will sell him a car at sticker , all his "orders" on the list, and there are many, are with no deposits placed, no dealer will even take a deposit and give him a signed buyers order, he thinks that they do not "require a deposit" from him due too he has become friends with the salesman, all bullshit!
the reason that no0 dealer will take his money and give him a signed buyers order is this.
when that car does get ready to ship they will contact all their people on the list, and find out who will pay the highest markup, and that is who will get the car. the sales mans response always is I do know I told you you would pay msrp but the stores owner got involved, oh and by the way that car was not your order just one that looked like it.
we all need to remember dealer have tens of millions invested in their franchise, not to mention they are basically dishonorable as can be, well not really but they need to maximize the gross profit on each and every deal, not to mention the sales man gets paid on gross profit also, so who do you think he wants to sell the car to. sorry for the long dissertation, it is so interesting that grown up adults can believe a car salesman, now where did I pt that little guy who is going to give me his pot of gold lol
