Nice truck! No need to be sorry. Fads change but it doesn't mean what you like has to. It's all in what you like. It's your hard earned money that paid for it and it should be what you like and want. At almost 70 years old I know where you're coming from with the chrome. That's all there was back in the day. I myself like the black look now. Enjoy!

They cut out a lot of chrome for the 2025s. I couldn't get chrome running boards bought my own and filler. No chrome door handles either

When I took the pic it was fresh out of the box. I did put some Nexgen ceramic spray on it today. That's what I used on the truck. Thanks

Thanks Don. I am looking to put some shine on the cover. On my 04 Sport Trac I used a product called Rag Top. It was made for convertible soft tops, but it worked great on the Trac's cover.

I looked at a lot of ceramic sprays for the entire vehicle. Read a bunch of reviews. I'm pretty happy with it so far. 3 days woohoo. Even if I spend 2 hours every 6 months to do the entire truck I won't complain. Keep seeing it advertised buy 1 get 1 free. I used a whole big bottle but I put 2 coats on.

I ordered the chrome package as well but would have preferred it with black running boards, body colored door handles and mirror skull caps.

I likw chrome too. My 17 titam had the texas titan package that had all kinds of shiny parts amd i got xomplimented on it all thw time

No chrome on the stx rangers though
