Sounds like a good excuse to increase MSRP.
well... in a way.... https://shop.ford.com/configure/ranger/config/summary/Config[|Ford|Ranger|2023|1|1.|101A.R4E..PE7...50U.CAB.RWD.XL.] stx is 34,950...
$34,160 – including $1,595 for destination and delivery. its 790 cheaper now that it is standard...but your force to get it.

38,595 for 4x4 stx xl as of now.
So its 34,160 for xl 2d lets say they make 4x4 $500 more.(currently it is $3,645 option now its 4,145 after 500 adjustment.....

Your looking at 38,335.for STX 4X4 XL

Yes, if you are comparing apples to apples, it really isn’t much of a price increase over the 23’s. Sure, the “base price” went up quite a bit, but that’s because the “base model” has more content than before. It’s a SuperCrew with STX, instead of a Supercab with steel wheels and less features.

So if you’re optimistic, you could say that maybe the prices for 24’s will not be a huge leap from similarly-optioned 23’s… 🫣

I'm happy to see it. Particularly the wheels make it just attractive enough to pass on XLT.

Cruise control now standard in base XL as well, without upgrading interior group. I was angling for an XL SCab + longbed FX2 that I built using 2023 configurator. FX2 has now been deleted but I can still get the FX2 config features in standard XL- except have to add the option of locking rear diff and have essentially the same vehicle. Only willing to pull the trigger on this IF/WHEN the SCAB + 6' bed announced for USA. Price will also need to be competitive with current Nissan Frontier King Cab S 2WD available to buy off lots right now and with even more features.
