I’m now the proud owner of a Ranger Raptor. I ordered a Raptor from a local dealer Six months ago. While I know many on this forum have waited much longer than that, I got tired of waiting, mainly because I hadn’t heard anything from Ford, nothing, not even the 30-45 day updates that many on here get from Ford. I contacted Ford and all they said was “it’s still in the ordering process”. I was also envious of those of you posting pictures of your new trucks, so I went to plan B, which was to locate one at MSRP already on a lot. There are several sitting on lots (and not selling) here in Kansas City for 5-10k over MSRP. I even found a dealership in Arkansas that has 10 Raptors inbound, but at $25k over MSRP. I then found a dealer who had a Raptor that was in transit. It was the sister dealership of the Jeep dealer where I have purchased two wranglers. I called my old salesman and he called the Ford sales manager, who said I was his first call when it comes in. So yesterday, he called and said it would be there in the afternoon. I bought it last night at MSRP and they gave me a fair deal on my trade. A lot can be said about developing good relationships with the right dealership. It sometimes pays off.

Louisburg Ford, “Home of the $50 Over Factory Invoice” has been sitting on two at $5k over, and they just reduced them to $2K over. Olathe Ford, also has one at $5k over. If you know anyone looking for a Raptor, the one I ordered and backed out of, is a Hot Pepper Red at Metro Ford. Ordered in early April, no VIN yet.

Where is your picture from? I need to find some “Cars and Coffee” to attend.
I Just purchased My RR Azure Grey Metallic Beadlocks and muddlaps, from Dana Ford Staten Island NY on 9/30. Was dealer ordered for stock. Arrived there on 9/29 . Paid sticker and $175 doc fees. They wanted 5k over but I was there ready to buy on the last day of the month. They have one more coming in . Scheduled build date of 11/25 . If any one is interested I have the Vin and order number. They were originally going to sell me that one if I left a 2k deposit at sticker but everything worked out with the one I bought. They are reasonable and up front.

You can choose your intervals, I chose 7,500.
I did the same - 7500. however looking back at it, I would have opted against it. I bought both the extended 100k warranty (which I think was a good value) and the 7500/60k premium maintenance from Granger. The maintenance plan I got worked out to $113 per visit, and on scheduling my first visit, I found my dealer offers oil+rotation for only $60. Rotation is normally free anyway if you go to Discount Tire, so that's just a convenience to have the dealer do it. The extra expense of air/cabin filters and wiper blades covered by the premium plan likely costs more than just doing it a la cart. These are so easy to DIY also. Anyway, I do have the plan, but if I was doing it over again, I'd skip it.

Where I'm at the oil change is close to 90 and brakes, turning rotors, belts and hoses ect.. the value was there and it's a bonus for resale too. I got the 100,000 from Granger and opted for the 0% financing. The prospect for an inflation adjustment is also a no brainer.
