I use a 4” drop on mine with 5000 boat @500 tongue weight

Thanks ! That looks pretty good. Glad I didn't get my hitch yet. I don't know my tongue weight but it's probably lighter than what you have. Do you think a 4" inch drop would work with what I explained I have ?

Yes. And honestly I would not go anymore. I added a 2 inch level in the front but a 1 inch in the rear and I still use the 4 inch drop. Here it is with lift/level and 4” drop

Yes. And honestly I would not go anymore. I added a 2 inch level in the front but a 1 inch in the rear and I still use the 4 inch drop. Here it is with lift/level and 4” drop

I just thought if your truck is lifted 2" in the front and 1" in the back, wouldn't I want to go with a 3 inch drop possibly ?

That would work. I was just saying I’m usually the same drop that I had before I did the level so you definitely don’t want anything like a five or 6 inch drop
