Hi All, just finished installing my rangerlifts leveling kit and bronco sasquach take-offs on my 24 RR. Everything was going great for several hundred miles and the TPMS was reading correctly. I eventually took the fifth take-off and replaced the spare under the bed , still no issues. Today i got the TPMS fault error, and it will not clear. I even tried removing the spare, thinking the TPMS in it may be confusing he system. Forscan, my artidiag600, and my procal all refuse to clear the error. Am i needing to some how reprogram the TPMS now? Also should i have a tireshop remove the TPMS from the spare. Any help would be much appreciated.

Tire guy here, ideally what you can do is get the original sensors from your OE set removed and installed into the bronco set, but I do believe that it is the same part number and frequency used for broncos and rangers, so if you can get the tire shop to relearn it with their TPMS tool it should do the trick.

Went to discount tire today, and it looks like the 2025 Bronco (My takeoffs) uses 433MHZ sensors and the 2024 RR uses 315MHZ. Not sure why my TPMS reported pressures for a few weeks with the new Tires/Rims before the fault showed up. Going to order new motocraft TPMS sensors and hopefully this solves the issue.

yeah, the 25s changed channels so you have to change sensors. my father-in-law gave me the 18s off his 25 ranger and i had to get new sensors put in
