No, it is VIN locked to the ECU and immobilizer. If it was just the ECU, the VIN can be toggled off and used generically. However, the Procal tool is a different deal altogether.
It would have to be; accessed and removed, then set the bin back to “0”. Haven’t opened one up and I don’t have a donor either. The other issue is; the Procal Tool is registered to the a specific VIN in the FP system. I wouldn’t have any idea how to de-register it from their system.???

Im not very clear im checking on this with uninstalling the procal ,my type r had a hondata that the only way you could use the tunner on another car is if you tuned back to stock , only thing im seeing here is this tunner has the vin of the car something the hondata didn’t have problably the problem is in the code ford sends the original owner
