Looks insane brother! Dream build for many!
I have a couple things, with the arches, have you looked at RollingStock Widebody Flares? https://rollingstock.myshopify.com/...tor-flares-widebody-wheel-arch-guard-flares-r
Also, we do run 37' here, but it's illegal without an eng. cert. so you don't see many, unless they have portals or a 3-4' lift... ?had to lob that in there sorry...
Final thing, how'd the Falken's go for you?
these seem to only increase the flare width, covering the tire, not adding any wheel travel space. Which is what I think he would benefit mostly from to not take out another fender.

True yes. The ADV Fiberglass will add enormous clearance but have several thousand dollars of installation cost.

We already had to slightly Sawzall and open the flare upfront. It rubbed the last connector off at the rear of the front driver's side flare from "turning" (not from jumping and compression). So, we removed and then slightly trimmed.

$3K for fender flares, WTF, they carbon?

Also, it's too bad you have those weird rules down there regarding poke and eng certs needed. Gotta love the government trying to "protect: you.
Yerrr, does suck sometimes... We can do 2" lift legally, so many people do sus. lift and then run as big a tire they can, and then if they get a canary, they just whack the stockies on, get it cleared, and carry on with the big set...
I know a few, and heard of plenty running way bigger than that without being legal... really depends where you live...

As to the fenders, I've never actually heard of anyone with them on, so i guess if there less people buying it, you have to make some profit someway....

I’m pretty sure that’s in Australian dollar, so that’s like $1900 USD.

How do you like the American Adventure Lab rails? I opted for the black powder coating and I called to checkin on my order and was told it’s going to be another 4 weeks. Ordered May 20th. ? I have camping to do and a place to put my RTT.
Thanks for the order! It definitely won't be 4 weeks. I hate when they are pessimistic like that on the phone. They're setting the expectations low and I get that, but it won't be that long. Your parts are all produced. Just waiting on some to get finished at powder. I'll check on them tomorrow for you. We will eventually have black ones on the shelf, but it takes a little time to know the batch sizes for each product after initial launch.

I apologize I missed your note. Love the rack. Absolutely perfect height IMHO and works "perfectly". Still shocked at just how well it accommodated the ROAM cases and Maxtrax. Plus, the bonus of chase lights and ditch lights.

FYI, Eibach just released 500 pound rear spring and will shortly launch 1000 pound springs explicitly for RTT. I'm keeping this build light and fast but the RR will excel at overlanding as well.

great looking rig!

Id add perhaps stiffer springs in the rear, looks like loaded up she's floating in the front a bit

Let me start with how awesome this rig is you've assembled. Amazing what time and money, LOTS of money, can do. I did get a chuckle after looking at your build and then your first post again, "at the fraction of the cost of a full-size Raptor." I'm not the best at mathing, but I'd say you're well into the price of a full size after just the suspension, wheel and tire mods, no? But again, it's pretty darn cool.

Its still all relative. Just met a guy on a trip who put $12k alone into soundproofing and upgrading his sound system on 2025 Raptor. Plus another $220k into bodywork, suspension and performance upgrades.

The goods news on the RR is you don't need to do anything under the hood beyond the ProCal tune. Suspension travel and ground clearance are the issues. But at least the power is there.
