Anyone get the under rear seat safe? I'm looking at a Lariat that has this option (which I didn't really want), and since I am getting tired of not getting my custom order, am wondering if anyone has this and what they think of it. does it take away too much of the storage space? can it be removed? considering it's a safe, I'd suspect it's difficult to remove.

It should be easy enough to sell used, shipping charges might be a factor. I might take it off your hands for a good price ;)
Cool thanks for the info. I'm probably not going to get that one as it's in a different state and I'm not quite sure I want to go that route. Getting impatient though!

I put a lockbox with a looping cord around my seat rails and then under my drivers seat. Had it in my old car and moved it to this one. Cheap, secure and dont have to lose any space.

I had the same type in another vehicle, one snip with a big set of wire cutters by a thief and it vanished. Thankfully my handgun was not inside. These lockbox cables are not secure, unless you bolt them down. The plastic coated cable looks big, but the actual steel wire is tiny.

I get that. However, if its under the seat and hidden well, nobody knows to look for it. If a thief wants something, they will find a way to get it regardless.
