If you haven’t had it done yet; “ROAD FORCE BALANCING.” It will detect any possible issues with an out of spec wheel/tire combination. It will also move the tire around on the wheel and precision balance it at the same time.Long time reader, first time poster. I ordered a ranger raptor last year and after sitting in a lot in Michigan for a few months I took delivery of a blue ranger raptor in April.
I currently have 1,500 miles and I've noticed a vibration at speed. I first noticed it at 900 miles and made an appointment to get it looked at. The dealership replaced a front tire and called it good but I still notice it.
I can feel a vibration in the seat at 45-55 MPH with 48 being the worst. Therebis also a very slight shakenin the stearing wheel. I attempted to get a video but i dont thinknits noticeable from a cellphone video.
The dealership changed the front passenger tire and the vibration may have shifted to a slightly higher speed but it's still there.
Before the RR I had a gen 2 raptor with method wheel and K02's and a ram rebel with stock Goodyear wranglers. I'm not expecting a luxury ride but this feels more harsh then I'd expect a offroad rig to ride.
Does anyone else have a vibration and slight wheel shake at speed?
