Was just at 2024 Chicago Auto Show

Got to sit in the 24 ranger today...i have ordered one and have build date of 3-11-24 I liked the way truck sits...The FORD rep came by Sooooo i dumpted on him He says the pics we seen on here of all those 24 rangers in lots are to be SCRAPTED! They are 1st production trucks before strike...and they have issues with them! One was 2.7s fit in new ranger was not right...things rubbed that shouldn't...had overheating issues...many important parts to close to heat and were getting melted! ... now after the strike and holidays the issues have been worked out.....also says 2.7 should be out late 24... he says takes 3 hrs to go down line...as long as they have parts there...and they can do 300 a week...once built go to shipping...weather rail or truck transport...should be a month after we get built date...HE SAYS... things are on a roll now he says!!!! I KNOW a lot of HE SAYS here!!! couldn't open hoods...could lay on floors and look under truck (lots of carpet on floor) engine era has all of plastic shields under there cant see nothing! SO we all hold our breath..cross fingers and wait for the DAY!

Hope they got those issues worked out that seems wild ?
