Weighed my 2024 Ranger XL today

I read someone asking about the weight of their truck yesterday and i happened to remember when i left work so i took the scenic route around the golf course and sropped at the scales.

Info on what was weighed:

2024 ranger xl
Stx appearance package
Interior carpet
Base tow package
Locking rear end
2.3 engine
2 wheel drive
Tyger t1 soft roll tonneau cover
Tyger blade side steps
Carhart seat covers
Auto tech seat warmers, both front
Dash mat, carpeted, amazon generic
Egr hood guard
Window guards (i forget brand)
Full tank of ethanol free gas
220 pound over weight driver

I did a tip run last weekend and on the exit weigh bridge it came up as 2,640kg

I used to hit the scales all the times when i was moding my 89 325i to be an autocross car but now i hardly go because the scenic route is also the traffic route

Yeah the Raptor’s are known to be heavier, also I don’t know how accurate the tip weight bridges are, as I guess they only need to weigh the difference in entry vs exit, so don’t need to be too accurate at the actual weight…
Still 2.6 tonnes is about right for the Raptor according to the spec sheet
