What's taking Baja Designs so long?

I was scrolling on instagram earlier and came across Baja Designs' post displaying several products they just released for the 6gen 4-Runner:



That truck JUST hit dealer lots and BD already has vehicle specific kits available?

The RR has been out for over a year and we got nothing...what gives?

I see posts from forum members with connections to aftermarket parts companies all the time.

I’m curious, seeking information, and figured others may be too. Why shouldn’t I ask? Isn’t that the point of a forum?
