First time wheeling with the RR. This trail was a level 5 out of 10 in West NC mountains. I came close to rubbing tail pipe but no damage.

Nice way to test out the wheel articulation. 😃

Where about on Brown Mountain were you? I’m from Charlotte and do a good bit of mtn biking and backpacking up there. Cragg Prong area off of Roseboro Road and North Harper Creek near Pinola Road. Or were you in the ORV area off of Brown Mountain Beach Rd?

Great video! We were out on Maple Sally yesterday and planned on heading to Brown Mountain, it just got too late in the day. We should get a NC RR trip organized!

Yeah it was the ORV trail 1. We also did Maple Sally rd and old 105 that day. Brown Mountain trail was the most difficult.

How long did it take you to do the Brown Mountain trail 1?

I think most vehicles with AWD could do Maple Sally. There were a few water puddles, but that was it.

Yes, Maple Sally was just a senic drive. We only did about half of Brown Mountain trail as we got there kinda late. Maybe 30 mins up and 30 mins down. I was going pretty slow as this was first real test with RR and was taking it slow. I think top half isn't that bad from what I heard. We are going back in 2 weeks if you want to join.
