Just completed a 7500 mile (5500 towing our 4,000lb 29ft single axle Gulfstream) from central Pa to Death Valley Ca & back via:
Notre Dame IN.
Iowa 80 (worlds largest truck stop)
Mount Rushmore SD.
Yellowstone WY & Gardiner MO.
Promontory Summit UT.
Hurricane UT.
Las Vegas Motor Speedway
Primm NV.
Moab UT.
Grand Junction CO.
Omaha NE.
Erie PA.
Niagra Falls NY.
“You can’t tow through the mountains out west with a 4cyl Ranger” they said.
“You can’t tow a single axle camper through SD wind with that little truck” they said.
We had an extraordinary time, and the Ranger performed flawlessly. Bottom line is, yes you can!
