I put on 305/70/17 Nitto Ridge Grapplers on and was 5 MPH off at 60 MPH.

I used forscan, changed the to the correct mm and then did the PCM relearn. It worked perfectly. I read somewhere that it worked on the Raptor, but not sure about the Lariat, Well it worked like a charm and no codes or anything after the relearn.

What suspension mods and trimming did you do to fit them?

That looks awesome!

And definitely need specifics on the lift.

Looks awesome. How does the tire size affect the suspension articulation? Does the tire bottom out on the wheel well?

No issue with suspension articulation, the tires don't hit anything up high. I did got with 17x9 RTR wheel with a 0 mm offset.

The lift is a simple spacer lift Superlift 2024 Ranger spacer lift . Can't find any specific real lifts for the Ranger, but apparently the Bilstein 5100s fit, so I am wondering if the 6112 will fit?

All I needed to do was remove the crash bars and cut an inch from the back edge of the fender down low where the fender wrapped around the back of the fender. This is right in front and above the front of each side step.

You've got an awesome looking truck!

I can confirm Bilstein 5100 front struts/coilovers for the 4 door bronco will work on this truck and give about 2.75" lift. 5G ranger Bilstein 5100 may be too short to give much of a lift since the suspension is a bit different now on the 6G.

Great tip on the Forscan tire size change, I'll need that soon myself!

Is there anything for the rear yet? New leaf kit, or even just a shackle kit. Can you list everything you had to do for the Bilstein 5100 install. I know, its a bit of an ask.

I wrote up a bit of the process here, and then added the part numbers in a later post on the same thread here. I haven't looked into whether any of the 5G ranger leaf kits or shackles would work on the back since I wasn't looking to lift the back at all.

I would imagine any Bronco front coilover would work in the ranger, however they will provide quite a bit of lift versus stock Ranger height. Especially anything meant for Sasquatch equipped Broncos. You also wanna stick with 4-door Bronco parts if this is the way you go since the vehicle weights are relatively the same, meaning the valving will be appropriate for the application. I went with the Bilsteins just because I didn't want to spend a ton of money and also didn't want a spacer lift/level.

Awesome work! How did you find the codes you needed to change for it? Were they the same as another model?

I followed the procedure in this post. You do exactly what they say and it work perfectly. You simply change the size in millimeters on the tire size setting in the BdyCM in Forscan.

Forscan forum tire size change instructions.
Hey Antman, I have been trying to do the same thing but I keep running into "Service interrupted" error after trying to write the tire size change. What OBD II scanner are you using? what Forscan version did you use? the link you posted takes me to a forum post about changing gas tank size...

Sorry man, I fixed the link. The errors you are seeing are a result of having to do the relearn on some other modules, I think. Check the link now.

Link is good now! Unfortunately I can't get anything to work, I relearned the PCM and AWD modules and still nothing, tried both recommended OBD II adapters, tried launching FORScan as Administrator. Gets to 18% after I write the tire circumference change and then gives me 'Service Procedure Interrupted' error. No DTC codes to reset, everything just goes back to original state. I'll surf through the comments on that forum you sent to see if anyone has said anything about it. I appreciate your help!
