It didn’t take long for the 6112 to come out after the 5100’s were released.

I put rear 4600’s when they first came out and they’ve been great, so I’ve been waiting for the fronts to be available. The only reason I didn’t jump on the 4600’s when they came out for the front was because I had hoped to read up on spring options to pair them with. Now that coilover “kits” are available from bilstein I’m tempted, but since I don’t want to raise the front end (my idea of a “level kit” is a half ton in the bed and/or a heavy trailer tongue attached) I’m confused by bilstein’s conflicting documentation for the 6112 that says either 0-2.75” of lift, or 1-2.75” of lift. I guess I need to reach out to them for clarification.

Per the install manual, 6112s are 1-2.5" for the 2.7 and 1.5-2.5" for the 2.3. 0-2.75" is across ALL platforms, as in other trucks.

You want 4600s or 5100s if you want to keep front height stock.
