When will 2.7 V6 be available on Ford.com Build & Price?

The ford website now says winter availability for 2.7. So my guess is now March or April until we can order the 2.7.

Where are you that Winter means March or April? I understand Winter to be Dec-Feb.

Winter was on the Ford site before the strike. I doubt updating it was a priority when there was no idea what to update it to with the strike.

Well my “dealer said” drink, they talked with their regional rep and the 2.7 won’t be available to order until Spring due to everything getting pushed back from UAW strike. So I said screw it, I submitted an order for a Ranger Raptor. There is a slim chance in hell I will get build date for the Raptor, so I will still be putting my order for the 2.7 in the spring. See what comes first. ?

That's my tiniking. Doubt they'll wait until they are actually in production before they start taking orders for them. With my 2019 lariat at 38500miles I'm in no terrible rush to get a new Ranger so I can wait until ordering is opened for them.

Yeah, that’s been known for a long time. What we’re trying to figure out is when does Job 2 start. But thanks for the info.

You will know more once they close order banks for Job1. It will be February or later.

Betting job 2 is not till late June, July or August.
I read 2.7 availability late summer with fall delivery.
Looking like 2.3 for 2 yrs then trade for 2.7 in 2026.
Or and I hate to think this a Tacoma.
Been Fords as long as I have driven.

Ford has to get this information figured out soon. Toyota is preparing drive previews by months end.

Winter then spring and now summer. It feels like we'll never know. The only thing I'm sure of is that I can find the best prices for Ford at Priceva.

This is how the Bronco folks felt 2 years ago! I just want to know when I can place an order for one! My 2019 Lariat has only 38K miles so I’m in no hurry to get rid of it, but do want the 2024 2.7 to replace it!
