Hookproductsusa makes different color silicone tow hook covers. They only offer for the F150, but work. I bought one pair and test fitted front and rear on my RR. The front needs a small amount of trimming. Now I’m waiting for the rear pair to show up. I’m adding silicone to them, so there bonded to factory hooks. No pictures yet. Alternative to painting.
Do they make a Code Orange cover?

Here’s a picture of the front and rear covers in red. The first set I got to try front and rear needed trimming for the front. The second set ordered the same way would of needed no trimming for the front, and didn’t cover rear as well. Seemed like I got 2 different sets with same part number for some reason. Still look good I think.

The urethane ones look pretty good. I see that the orange and blue are sold out, but the other colors seem to be in stock currently. Blue and orange availability is currently mid-June, per the company.

Orange is back in stock. Blue urethane tow hook covers are still out of stock, but all the other colors seem to be available. Still pretty expensive. I do like the original poster's painted ones, though.

It’s a regular orange though isn’t it? We need code orange, more of a red/orange.
First one that reports code orange Tow hook covers, is the winner! Please let us know, that’s what I’m waiting for.

Prismatic powders Code Orange powder coated tow hooks. Came home from work last week, removed them, took them down to the neighbors. Used his blasting cabinet, then took them to a coworkers house & he sprayed the powder & baked them while I waited. 350 degrees for 15 minutes & they really look good. Calipers are next!!

Looks good! This was my plan when I saw Prismatic Powers had a matching color. Interested to see the calipers done too :)

Code orange tow hook covers would be so much easier. OK that takes care of the front but what about the rears? Somebody please make a code orange cover and yes, they have to be different because the front and rears are not the same.

Ya, the covers are easier but like anything else the easy way isn’t always the better way. The covers are going to hold moisture & we know what that will bring. I feel that I did mine the right way but to each their own.

I agree you definitely did the fronts the way to go, but what are you gonna do with the rears?

I looked at removing the entire piece but it’s a pretty involved looking endeavor. Thinking about buying code orange paint & masking it all off & base coat clear coating it. My friend has a oven big enough to bake the entire thing but it would be a lot of work for sure. For now I’m not doing anything with the rears.
