Everytime it rains I have condensation in the headlamp assembly and also today notice in the fog lights also. Anyone else also notice this?

Mine doesn’t do that.
I’d certainly be calling my dealer to get me new light assemblies under warranty if they did!

HEADLAMPS – TROUBLESHOOTING
HEADLAMPS – FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Why is there condensation in the headlamps?
• Headlamps have vents to accommodate normal changes in air pressure. Condensation can be a natural by-product of this design. When moist air enters the lamp assembly through the vents, there is a possibility that condensation can occur when the temperature is cold. When normal condensation occurs, a fine mist can form on the interior of the lens. The fine mist eventually clears and exits through the vents during normal operation.
How much condensation is acceptable?
• The presence of a fine mist, for example no streaks, drip marks or large droplets. A fine mist covers less than 50% of the lens.
How long does it take for the acceptable condensation to clear?
• Clearing time can take as long as 48 hours under dry weather conditions.
How much condensation is unacceptable?
• A water puddle inside the lamp. Streaks, drip marks or large droplets present on the interior of the lens.
What should I do if unacceptable condensation is present?
• Have your vehicle checked as soon as possible.

I would carry it to the dealer to see about replacement and have it documented. Good Luck, so my wife's 2018 expedition, a month or two old at the time, had that same issue in ONE of the rear tails, carried it to dealer, they took pictures and sent to ford, ford refused to replace under warranty, said it was within normal limits. Well, its getting close to the end of 2024 now, way out of warranty period due to time and mileage and its still the same as when it was a month or two old, it stays that way year round. Still ticks me off. Oh and if you haven't seen it yet, those light assemblies are horribly expensive.

I can imagine they have vents in the fog lights also. I stopped at Dealer today and showed them the photos and she said she would speak with service manager and call me back.
She did call back but I missed the call. I'll find out more tomorrow and keep the post here updated.
