Along this line.....I would love to NOT have 4A come on with Tow Haul. Have not tried putting the truck into Tow Haul mode then seeing if one can change the drive type to 2W from 4W.

Baja mode. I have done it several times in my Ranger Raptor and previously in my Bronco Raptor.

Fuel Gauge - E to F

Turn Off Seat Belt Reminders

TPMS Default Units - PSI

TPMS - Display tire temperature in addition to tire pressure

Frost Telltale (Below 5 deg) - Not sure if working, since it's summer.

Does anyone know if it’s possible to code the daytime running LEDs not to dim when the low beams are on?

I’m pretty sure this is in non asbuilt, but also I remember someone was saying they kept getting flashed because it was too bright for oncoming drivers so maybe not a great idea.

I'm dealing with a new puppy and don't have time to test but you can try:
BCM 726-38-01
xxxx-**xx-xxxx

Your as-built here should say 0A, which is hexadecimal for 10.
You should try 64, which is hexadecimal for 100.

You can try any value between 0-100 just run it through a converter like the one below:

I can see the symbol but it is not working.

I had it exactly like that a few pages earlier. The symbol is there, but it doesn’t seem possible to activate it. Too bad. Maybe someone will figure it out after all.
