Anyone try installing their own "DIY" molle panels or cargo management?

That pocket is pretty nice. Where did you get it?
It's a custom piece I designed and sent out for laser cut/bend/power coat. PirateCamp Co out of Australia makes something similar which is where I got the general ideal.

1) The problem with putting track or anything on top of any of the rails is that it prevents you from putting tonneaus/toppers/etc on.

2) the existing threaded holes are unfortunately not well spaced for the L-track).

3) but the holes in those pockets wouldn't really line up or work because of their size (unless you put a threaded plate or something underneath?).

4) There are some M8 weldnuts in the rails that could be accessed from underneath, but I wouldn't want to put a lot of load on them because they're designed to bolt something on the topside to, not pull on from underneath.
Great minds think alike! I like your setup.
1) I don't have a topper so top or rear facing is OK for me. Was thinking of L-track on one surface. Uni-strut on the other. Best of both worlds just to goof around.
2) true. Going to be PITA unless can slide the bed backward a few inches. I slid the bed on my last truck and it was easier way. Would like to avoid holes and rivnuts if I can.
3) yeah I'll see if L-Track can go in the stake pockets easily. Was planning to bolt some kind of plate on underside. Or just put generic U bolts or D rings there.
4) Yup I noticed the M8 weld nuts underneath bed rails were not built for downward load! Sneaky! The angled section is perfect size but only ~3 connection points.
-Thanks.

I made these today. They will be for sale in the next week or so. Lots of options coming for the rear half of the side panels (Packout, rotopax, power panel access, etc.)

How much space is there between the bulkhead molle panel and the bed grooves. I was waiting for you guys to drop the panels but I think my T-MAT system might interfere with the bottom of the panel mounted on the bulkhead. I might have to make some modifications to a couple of those T-Mat panels to get mine to fit correctly. Its either going to slide perfectly with a mm or two to spare or ill have to cut some of my polymer panels a bout 2 inches on the end.

About 1/2". I intentionally kept them pretty tight as to not eat up bed space. If you can show me what you're trying to mount, I'll be glad to brainstorm with you on them.

it’s actually this polymer mat system, I think it won’t slide underneath the bulkhead molle panel. They are 0.75in thick.
Might have cut some of my panels so I can shut my tailgate.

How close does it go to the front of the bed; the vertical panel?
