For folks that are looking for a Tonneau Cover that works with the Cargo Management System. I was able to install the UnderCover Ultra Flex Hard Folding Tonneau Cover PN#UX22033 with Ford's Ranger Cargo Management System PN#R1WZ9955200A.

There is no interference between the two parts. The Undercover clamps mount flush with the edge of the bed rail, so the cargo system rails can still butt up against the trucks bed rails. All in, installing both took about two and half hours. Having someone's help that has small hands to start the nuts that the Undercover clamps bolts use, will make it a bit easier, as the cargo system rail mounts make access a bit tight. If your installing both, install the Cargo System first and the tonneau cover last. If you already have this cover you will need to remove it and install the Cargo System then reinstall the cover.

Looks good, that cover seems quite similar to the REV one so I suspect that would also work with the cargo setup.

What did you line the bed with? I still get some water ingress, but with your setup that looks like it would keep things up off the bed nicely while letting water drain underneath.

I used rubber interlocking floor tiles. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DP78N5ZR?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1

I put the standard Ford accessory bed mat over the spray-in liner and then put the tiles on top of the mat, as the mat is completely flat - the tiles sit nicely. The 24 piece package works great, with the bed being 5'x4' between the wheel wells - 20 12"x12" tiles are perfect. Then just cut a few pieces to round out the rear by the tail gate. This works incredible well for keeping stuff out of any water that may enter the bed.

Does water get stuck under the mat? I also have the spray in liner, was wondering if there's another way to get those interlocking tiles to sit flush.

Definitely considering the bed mat setup like you have, but a bit concerned that it might let water pool underneath. Any issues with that?

The only place I get a little bit of standing water is around the wheel wells. I have not noticed any standing water under the mat, but I will check after we a have a major rain storm.
