thank you!Awesome! Thanks again to you and your team for bringing these products to market.
Thanks! We work very hard at repeatability. The press brake is still somewhat of an art, but we have some amazing software and visuals that drastically help with that. I'll be sure and grab some video when we bend the platforms. It's definitely cool to see.Now that's a production line! It's interesting to think about the level of repeatability using such sophisticated modern technology
Yes, it definitely is. Designing enough product to justify the machines and facility purchase was the tough part, though. This all started with me and a plastic folding table. So, it has been a lot of hours to get to this point. I have had a great supporting cast along the way as well.I bet it's very rewarding seeing something like this go from concept to production from a creators perspective. Also, I'm extremely jealous of the tools and equipment you have at your disposal.
Thanks!!! Zero issues with the sub, even with the raw/unfinished version there isn't any rattling, which I was surprised by. This whole system is pretty tight fitting, so it works well with the sub. The only thing to watch for is if you leave the seat belts installed, you need to push the strap into the recess around the cone of the speaker. The back wall is intentionally (to open up as much space as possible) pretty tight to the sub.So stoked for this! Have you received any feedback or have insight regarding how the rear wall add-on affects the factory subwoofer performance on the Raptor trim?

Welcome!Rad, thank you!
Yes, I would likely buy that.Would anyone be interested in an "Upper Deck MOLLE Shelf"? We do that with the Gladiators and it works well. I can push it through to production quickly if any of the current customers would like to add it. Cost would be around $100 powder coated.
Gladiator version for reference.

I don't have a use case for this, but damn, hot damn, this is badass! The quality is fantastic! Great job, and I look forward to more Ranger products from you.Our 6th Gen Ranger Rear Seat Delete is now LIVE – and we couldn’t have done it without YOU!
What started as a rough idea quickly turned into a deep R&D mission, and the Ranger6G community was there every step of the way. From early sketches to prototype tweaks, the feedback in this thread shaped what this product became – and we’re seriously grateful.
The finished system is exactly what we set out to build:
And here’s what we’re most proud of: at only $1,500 – with Mil-Spec coating included – this is true American innovation. We built a superior product, made it repeatable, and kept the price respectable. As long as we can maintain volume, we can maintain this price.
- 3mm 5052 aluminum, CNC cut, bent, and powder-coated here in the USA
- Bolts in with no drilling required
- Threaded tie-down points everywhere for MOLLE panels, Packout trays, or anything else you can dream up
- Removable access doors, including one at the rear for OEM jack access (even if you’ve got the factory subwoofer)
- Super-easy installation and removal process
- Platform ships fully assembled
It’s light, strong, and ready for everything from commercial work rigs to overland builds – or even just giving your dog a better place to ride.
A massive thank you to everyone who chimed in, challenged ideas, and pushed this design to be better. Your input made this product what it is.

The use case for the "shelf" is soft goods. Think jackets, hammocks, soft bags, etc. We carry a lot of small things when we camp out of the truck. This the perfect place for them since they don't take up floor space this way. They're also super easily accessible (first-aid, etc.).Yes, I would likely buy that.
I like this shelf approach where it extends up beyond the back. It give an option to fill this unused space / give it purpose or keep things sleek and minimal if not needed.

What use cases have you found with it being angled like that? I would almost rather have it follow the plane of the back, or be more vertical. Curious to hear how your gladiator customers have used it?
I really like having this up high. If someone has items that are tall this allows them an option to strap things up high and the flexibility to place the tall item either on the driver or passenger side as needed.
I plan on strapping my portable solar panels up against the back wall and they are about 22 inches tall in their bags, so if it were angled out like your CAD drawing that might limit my ability to stand them up against the back.
