Production is in full swing. We have 16 sheets of these rolling through the system. That will fill all of the current orders and put a couple on the shelf. We'll start another batch next week with the expectation that these are built to stock.

Thanks! We work very hard at repeatability. The press brake is still somewhat of an art, but we have some amazing software and visuals that drastically help with that. I'll be sure and grab some video when we bend the platforms. It's definitely cool to see.

Yes, it definitely is. Designing enough product to justify the machines and facility purchase was the tough part, though. This all started with me and a plastic folding table. So, it has been a lot of hours to get to this point. I have had a great supporting cast along the way as well.

Thanks!!! Zero issues with the sub, even with the raw/unfinished version there isn't any rattling, which I was surprised by. This whole system is pretty tight fitting, so it works well with the sub. The only thing to watch for is if you leave the seat belts installed, you need to push the strap into the recess around the cone of the speaker. The back wall is intentionally (to open up as much space as possible) pretty tight to the sub.

Yes, I would likely buy that.

I like this shelf approach where it extends up beyond the back. It give an option to fill this unused space / give it purpose or keep things sleek and minimal if not needed.

What use cases have you found with it being angled like that? I would almost rather have it follow the plane of the back, or be more vertical. Curious to hear how your gladiator customers have used it?

I really like having this up high. If someone has items that are tall this allows them an option to strap things up high and the flexibility to place the tall item either on the driver or passenger side as needed.

I plan on strapping my portable solar panels up against the back wall and they are about 22 inches tall in their bags, so if it were angled out like your CAD drawing that might limit my ability to stand them up against the back.

The use case for the "shelf" is soft goods. Think jackets, hammocks, soft bags, etc. We carry a lot of small things when we camp out of the truck. This the perfect place for them since they don't take up floor space this way. They're also super easily accessible (first-aid, etc.).

If it angles straight up, we'll lose the ability to store stuff there. Definitely an option, though. It just becomes another MOLLE panel that way and not a shelf and a MOLLE panel.

It's a little less than 20" from the floor platform to the start of this "shelf". If you used the angled version, it may line up just right to secure the top of your solar panels with a bungee or hook-and-loop strap. We could also build some type of keeper for them to sit in on the bottom panel.
