Damn man they replaced the whole axle??
Just one shaft and the differential (the center carrier and gears).
Maybe they should have Replaced the entire axle. The parts diagram shows the assembly to be half the price over buying one shaft and the differential individually! Axle Assembly - Ford (MB3Z-4001-CL)

so you are saying you dont need to remove the ecu and shit. just plug this into the obd2 port and flash it? no need to unlock?

Hi there Goose,
I just ordered one RR 3.0 v6 MY 2026 and i don’t know yet if specifications Will be the same as 2025 MY.. Since iam in Europe the engine comes detuned. Is it possible to tune with a USA 100% OEM ecu map to have just the factory 405 hp?
Are there any differences in engine parts, cooling or the Particle filters? Catalyst?

Hey man! Congratulations!!

HPTuners is actively looking at this right now. EU is hit and miss, some OS's work, some don't. We should have a better idea soon!

Were parts in stock? If no, how long did it take to source?
I have the pleasure of having to find an entire axle beam assembly. Broken axle shaft and carrier and hole in the casing. No one knows the availability or timing on a whole assembly.
Parts were available within a couple days.
Initially just the axle was ordered then they realized the carrier was damaged as well. Back on the road in three weeks.

Thanks. The report from Ford Parts right now on the whole assembly is that they have no information other than the part number for the whole assembly is valid and no one in the country has them and they don't exist at the Ford corporate parts. So I have that going for me.

Yeah, the assembly might be cheaper but it needs to exist to matter.

I have an EU spec RR and looking to tune it. I see a lot of numbers being thrown around for US and Ausie spec RRs 460 / 490 / 520 hp (at the crank) with a simple ECU tune and maybe an intake and exhaust, however, everybody is a lot more coy with EU spec cars when it comes to give an actual number.

What can somebody with an EU RR expect with your tune, in terms of actual hp (at the crank)?

Hey man! The ones I have done sucessfully have made 425whp. Some of the OS's are not complete so tuning with a bench tool is needed in those cases.
