On my 2024 Ranger STX there is a connector under the rear bumper to the left of the safety chain mount. Can somebody ID it for me? Can't find any reference to it it Manual.

That is a 4 pin electrical connector for your lights to your trailer...

Im guessing youre STX didnt come with tow package, and that is the connector where the 4/7 pin harness for the 4/7 pin trailer plug would connect to.

I would assume so, if it doesnt or if it throws any errors you can check the DIYs, i did one for tailgate light bar/strip that should offer an alternative/solution if you need it.
