Because Husky’s Website does not have a 3.0L engine option to choose only a smaller V6 can you give us the Part Number you used for your RR. Thanks
I have a Ranger XLT. I don't know about the RR. But I think RR's have vents on their hoods? If so, the hood might be slightly different. But I'm just guessing. No harm in ordering one and sending it back if it doesn't fit.

I got the EGR-303605 - EGR Matte Black Superguard Bug Shield from RealTruck. It basically attached from under the hood. There are 5 resistant tape strips that go about 1/2" over the lip on the hood to prevent the clips that hold the guard from scratching the paint, but the two main clips are attached to the the underside of the hood and screwed in

It said I needed a trim removal tool to remove the scrivets holding the rubber trim under the hood. I didn't know I needed one. I got the scrivets out with out the tool.

To me it was a pain to put on, but I wanted the protection.

There's small screws and small pieces to deal with and I have sausage fingers. You know if drop one you'll never find it and you're screwed

Not true about "if you drop one".....as I did. Yea, it disappeared into the depths of my engine, but came out the bottom when I sprayed it out days later. Also, the skid plate is a great catch for sockets.....just saying :)

I had one that screwed from under hood had had rubber bumpers. After MANY years of driving the vibration caused the rubber nubs to wear into the paint, and eventually the screw vibrated loose.
I rather the AeroSkin that tapes to the hood with 3M tape. No movement, and it's never coming off.
If it has to for some reason, I'll deal with it then.

Truth. I've had both types. 3m tape seems to be the way to go. And to a prior question, all the ranger hoods are the same in the front.

Let us know if it keeps the bugs off the glass.
Just drove from FWTX to ABQ NM and there were only a few bugs. It is also late September vs. early August when I made the same drive. I think it works...maybe? There were still a few bugs on the front bumper like before. Just not as many on the windshield I don't think.

So...DEAL or DUD? I think it works...probably better than nothing. And regardless, I like the way it looks. So deal, imo.

***UPDATED REVIEW***

10K miles and I'm still happy with it. The 3M tape holds it in place. And I take it through the car wash almost weekly. I drive from FW to Santa Fe, NM round trip once a month...almost 1000 miles per month. I have noticed a lot less bugs than before I had the Husky Aeroskin II. This also might be due to the time of year? I think I installed it in October...obviously fewer bugs in December, January and February. But I think it works. I also think it adds about 1 or 2 HP, but I'm still working on that theory.
