What's up, Ranger Raptor Crew!

We’ve got a new product ready for testing for the 2024+ Ranger Raptor — the Patent Pending IAG Trail Shield Lower Trailing Arm Sensor Relocation Kit.

If you’ve been off-road with your Raptor, you probably already know how exposed the lower trailing arm sensor is. It hangs low and is an easy target for rocks and debris, which can lead to suspension errors, limp mode, or a dead Fox Live Valve system.

Instead of covering up a problem like other solutions on the market, we chose to move the sensor entirely to keep it out of harm's way. This kit moves the sensor up about 4 inches and closer to the frame, where it’s protected. The articulating bracket design keeps the factory function of the sensor while getting it out of harm’s way. Made from 11-gauge powder-coated steel, it’s built to handle abuse. Install is straightforward and takes about 10–15 minutes per side with no cutting, drilling, or splicing required.

Here’s the deal:

  • We’re looking for 5 testers
  • You’ll purchase the kit at the normal price of $179.99
  • You’ll have two weeks after receiving it to install and provide feedback
  • Once we get your feedback, you’ll get your $179.99 refunded back to your original payment method (no feedback = no refund)
  • We’ll be asking about install, fitment, functionality, packaging, and overall impressions

If you’re interested, comment below or send us a message. We’ll send over an NDA that needs to be signed before moving forward.

Thanks as always for helping us test and improve new products for the Raptor platform!

Makes me wish I owned a Ranger Raptor to experience what looks to be a great product! IAG products are awesome and stand out, I saw the adjustable mud flaps for Bronco and was very impressed with the design and features. I'm so looking forward to future product offerings...

What do you use at the pivot points? Bushings? Sealed ball bearings? All that extra stuff doesn’t look that durable to me. Thanks.

Thanks for the feedback. We are using bushings at the joints. Our test rig has some miles on it and everything is looking good!
