New to Rangers. Might pull trigger on 2025 XL 4WD today. Any recalls or TSB's, etc. I need to be aware of?

Hi folks,

I'm truck shopping and recently started looking at the '25 Ranger XL 4WD. I love the truck, it has all I need, then some.
I test drove one yesterday, negotiated a really good purchase price from what I'm seeing locally, and seriously thinking about pulling the trigger on it today.

Anyway, being as I haven't been looking into the Rangers very long (initally was going with a Tacoma or Frontier but recently decided on a Ranger instead), I'm not up to speed on any recalls or TSB's, etc. which may be in effect that I should be aware of, and was hoping some of you here might be able to give me some guidence.

Truck is a 2025 Ranger XL 4WD
Model R4P

100A Equipment Group
Trailer Tow Package
STX Apperance Package

Appreciate any info you may have to offer.
TIA

There's a recall for the electric brake booster on some trucks, but that's just a software update.
And a recall for the side curtain airbags. Dealer must fix that before he can sell it to you.

The window sticker of that Ranger shows a blend date of 8 12, which is after the airbag recall (June 30 or earlier). A check of the National recall data base by that VIN shows no recalls. Ask your salesman to check all available rebates you might be eligible for. I had military at $1000 plus a private offer from Ford at $750. They don't always check for private offers. The dealer also discounted the Ranger $2000. Where the dealer makes money is factory holdback at 3% of MSRP, plus your trade evaluation (if you have one) and resale, so know the worth by checking Kelly Blue Book, finance charges, parts, and services. It would not hurt to check this forum for the 2025 Proprietary build sheet posted by the administrator last October, which listed every trim and option at MSRP, dealer invoice, and factory holdback. You can then calculate how much you are willing to pay, despite having negotiated a good deal.

Thanks guy's, appreciate all the helpful info.
I did go ahead and buy the truck today and posted the specifics of the deal in the ordering, pricing, leasing and negotiating forum.
So, I'll refrain from posting it here as well, for the sake of being redundant.

Great time to buy one. Mine fits in the garage and best car I’ve purchased!
