Doesn't look like it. The topper page specifically mentions it in the description, the items you linked do not say anything.

I'm not sure a J-clamp and a J-brace are the same thing. The braces are definitely not clamps and a most fiberglass toppers use clamps and don't require drilling

Yes. He looked into the specific FSA you posted. If your dealer looks into it deeper, it will show that the parts are included in the bed topper kit, and you’ll get a $169 refund for installation. However, you must get a ford brand topper. Nothing else qualifies. It is a bummer.
I'll bet my dealer will put them in for whatever free points i

I'm not even putting anything on top of my Ranger Raptor bed but now that I know of a future "possible" issue, I'll use my free points and pay for the rest. I have such a good relationship with my dealer (I'm getting my Ranger Raptor at msrp) that he'll probably put give them on for me for whatever points I have. If your spending $58,000 for a vehicle, I'm not going to worry about such a small amount more.

Since it’s been know about over year now, why the US versions and all versions by this point should be getting them installed on all trucks during the production process, why does something like this ever need to be added post production?

I really do think this post production fix and pawn it off on the public or dealers to fix is a poor discussion on Fords part IMO.

Was also told that the bed topper has to be ford brand too. As of now, nothing else qualifies for the free j braces and install.
What the "HEL-" is a FORD Topper?! I'm ordering an A.R.E. Camper Shell (also called a Topper), I've never seen a FORD Camper Shell.

They should be free for everyone as our $60,000 trucks should be able to handle a topper or tonneau cover. Thats what trucks do.
Exactly!!! So much for "Built Ford Tough". Fords competitors in the same class of truck do not require such bull crap of J-Braces at the customers expense. It to make it worse, it seems there practically on eternal backorder. Could have easily been engineered into the bed at assembly, but Ford's wants to save a buck. Heck they advertise Raptors off road flying through the air and landing on the off road course, think of the force landing, how long will the bed structure last if it needs additional support for a measly 88 pounds. Appalling IMO.
