Dan, I really appreciate the feedback, it’s causing me to reconsider.Gonna be a mixed bag or lovers and haters on this one. Most will tell you to buy new offset rims, and state the spacers are junk and dangerous. I have looked at many, and different opinions, and finally decided to not put them on at the advice of my dealership techs. They state the obvious risk factors, as well as additional suspension wear and tear due to modifying the weight and balance points. Hub centric or not, you are adding an additional faultier point in the truck. I still love the look though.
would a narrower 35 help? perhaps a fat 11.5 or true 12.5? It looks like you're on 315's that measure almost 12.75" when fully inflated.Yes, but it really depends on your tire size as to where and if the tires rub.
We are set on 35's. We tried several different wheels on our shop RR with varying offsets. They all worked in the mall parking lot, but all of them failed at speed offroad.
I ended up going back to the stock beadlock-capable wheels. That was very tight against the uprights on the inside of the tire, so I purchased a set of 10mm hub-centric spacers from WheelAdaptersUSA. I also had to remove the rear crash bars.

Yes, It would probably help keep the tire further away from the spindle some, but man, these are great tires!would a narrower 35 help? perhaps a fat 11.5 or true 12.5? It looks like you're on 315's that measure almost 12.75" when fully inflated.
What would you say is the perfect functional offset for this truck and 35's? +45?Yes, It would probably help keep the tire further away from the spindle some, but man, these are great tires!

That's effectively what these are. Stock is +55. With a narrower tire, you could probably get away with the stock wheel. I'm very happy with this setup using the 10mm spacer, which does net out to +45. I don't plan on any changes and we push the truck pretty hard in the desert and on the rocks. What would you say is the perfect functional offset for this truck and 35's? +45?
